Aroma: Rich aromas of ripe pears, melon, and citrus fruits.
Taste: Elegant structure and texture combined with flavors of fresh, ripe fruits, delicate spiciness, and a long finish.
Aging: Can be aged for several years, but preferably no more than 2 to 3, to preserve its appealing freshness.
Recommended serving temperature: 9-11 C

Classification:
Alte geringen – in the old days, the name denoted something "wrestled from nature." Nowadays, the lime-rich loess is an excellent base for "Pinot" family wines.
Vinification:
After 24 hours of aroma extraction, the berries are crushed. They ferment and mature in steel tanks. They are filtered after a five-month settling period, which enhances the region's typical characteristics of Chardonnay – a wine that combines refined nature with authenticity and authority.
