Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Colour: Pale straw-gold colour.
Aroma and Taste: Delicate aromas of exotic fruits and citrus, complemented by smoky nuances and brioche notes. On the palate, notes of fresh lemons and white flowers are perceived, and the sensation of freshness is complemented by elegant acidity.
Ageing: Can age for up to three years.
Recommended serving temperature: 8-10 C

Ried Loess. Four hectares with a top layer of black soil and a cooler climate. The distinctive feature is that the soil is calcareous, covered with a layer of brown soil. To achieve wonderful fruitiness, the grapes ferment and age for most of the time in stainless steel and for about 30% of them - in large, old wooden barrels. Mostly Chardonnay, a small part Sauvignon Blanc.
Terroir and Origin:
Named after its hot springs, Thermenregion is one of Austria's sunniest and driest wine regions. The climate ensures that the grapes reach an optimal degree of ripeness and that the varietal-typical aromas develop perfectly. The land, characterized by a mix of brown soil, conglomerate, and gravel, provides ideal conditions for growing top-quality grapes.
