Description

The wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation to make it even more complex. 60% of the wine ages for 5 months on fine lees in a mix of 50% neutral oak and 10% new oak, to make it even more complex.

Grape Variety: Chardonnay

Color: Straw-golden color.

Aroma: Dominant citrus and tropical fruits, with notes of blueberries, vanilla, plum, white flowers, and minerality.

Taste: Juicy and balanced citrus fruit taste with an interesting spicy-sour aftertaste.

Aging: 6 months in French and American oak barrels.

Recommended serving temperature: 11-12°C
