Description

The winery was established in 1962 and is considered one of the best in Jura. Today, 50 hectares of vineyards are cultivated biodynamically.

Patchwork is a combination of five plots, bringing together clay and limestone soils; the average age of the vines is about 35 years, and the wine is entirely vinified in oak for about 12 months.

Decanting is recommended.
