Description

A distinctive wine, created by blending Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Fermentation for each variety takes place independently, followed by a period of aging in French and American barriques for 8 to 12 months. The best barriques of wine are selected to create a blend of the two red varieties. The wine undergoes a bottle aging process for about 6 months, in order to develop more complex secondary aromas.
