The 110-hectare vineyard is planted with 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. 150 highly skilled workers harvest only fully botrytised grapes, and yields are so low that only one glass of wine is produced from each vine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYquem ferments in oak barrels (100% new) and is left to age in barriques for up to 36 months.
