Description

Château Malescot St. Exupéry, a 3ème Cru Classé Margaux château, dates back to the 18th century. In 1955, Malescot St. Exupéry was purchased by the Zuger family, who invested significantly in the estate, and today it is one of the best-maintained and highest-quality wineries in Margaux. Today, it is managed by Jean-Luc Zuger. The winery and cellars are located in the town of Margaux, and the vineyards now consist of five separate plots in the commune of Margaux. Malescot-St-Exupéry wine is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot—aged in oak barrels, 80% of which are new, for 16 months and bottled unfiltered.
