Description

100% Sangiovese Grosso from the Vigna del Capanino area.

FERMENTATION: 33 days in concrete tanks.

 AGING:  24 months, partly in concrete tanks and partly in French oak barrels and Slavonian oak barrels, with an additional 6 months of aging in the bottle.

COLOR:  Intense ruby red, with purple reflections

AROMAS : Black cherry, plum, sweet balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves.

TASTE:  Distinctive taste, enveloped in elegant softness.
