Description

The Coravin Model Three SL system allows you to pour a glass of wine without opening the bottle. The wine remaining in the bottle retains its quality and can be stored for years without losing its taste.

Using a Teflon-coated stainless steel needle that passes through the cork, the noble gas argon is "injected" into the bottle. This creates pressure, causing the wine to be "pushed" out of the bottle by the same needle. By not removing the cork from the bottle, the wine can continue to develop while it would normally oxidize.

The kit contains:

  • Coravin Model 3 SL (with added standard needle)
  • Coravin bottle sleeve
  • Needle cleaning tool

The kit does NOT contain:

  • Coravin argon capsules
