Description

This cuvée was created in 1988 in honor of Elisabeth Salmon, co-founder of the winery. A great blend with sophisticated purity and fineness of bubbles and a unique character. A rare, perfect wine, the result of a selection of the winery's best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Variety: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.

Color: Salmon pink color, with a sparkling visual presence, veiled by a persistent and noble shimmering veil.

Aroma: Refreshing aromas of crisp red fruits and citrus. A refined sensation of a rich and complex aromatic structure of fresh figs, white peach, almond.

Taste: Harmonious, clean taste that reveals soft spices of cedar and exotic fruits, combined with tangerine fruit, needles and cinnamon. Recommended wine serving temperature: 8-10°C.
