Description

Dalmore 12 YO Sherry Cask Select first matures in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and then finishes its maturation in casks specially prepared for Pedro Ximenez sherry, a blend of classic and aged oloroso. The result is an amazingly elegant single malt with an enchanting aroma of sweet fruits and spices.

Complex yet balanced, Dalmore 12 Year Old is the embodiment of the Dalmore distillery's style. One of the richest 12-year-old whiskies in taste and aroma.

Color: Honey red.

Aroma: Plums, orange, chocolate, marzipan.

Taste: Citrus, chocolate truffles, and warming spiciness with cinnamon and cloves.

Finish: Cappuccino, fennel, and oranges. Short to medium length.

Its creator, Dalmore Master Distiller Richard Paterson, calls it: "A truly decadent masterpiece!"
