Grape Variety: ChardonnaySauvignon Blanc
Color: Pale yellow.
Aroma and Taste: The Chardonnay was fermented in old oak barrels, which give this blend its special intensity of aromas and flavors. Sauvignon Blanc is responsible for the varietal's characteristic freshness and scent of spices, fresh grass, and delicate citrus fruits, among which grapefruit and lemons dominate.
Aging: The wine is ready for consumption, but due to its dense structure and maceration method, you can allow it to further develop in the bottle over the next 2 to 3 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 9-11 C

Ried Loess. Four hectares with a top layer of black soil and a cooler climate, mainly Chardonnay, a small portion of Sauvignon Blanc.

Named after its hot springs, the Thermenregion is one of the sunniest and driest wine regions in Austria. The climate ensures that the grapes reach optimal ripeness and that the varietal aromas develop perfectly. The soil, characterized by a mix of brown soil, conglomerate, and gravel, provides ideal conditions for growing top-quality grapes.
