Description

The grapes come partly from the hilly, well-ventilated vineyards of the "Girlan" cru at an altitude of 450 to 500 m above sea level. The area where they are grown is rich in minerals. The other part is from vineyards located in Bassa Atesina, with its sandy and deep soils. These components are the foundation of this wine.

Hand harvesting. Part of the wine ages for 18 months in large oak barrels, the rest in barriques. After blending, it ages for another 6 months in the bottle.
