Резервата означава по-дълго отлежаване в дъб. Рубин е български сорт, създаден от кръстоска между небиоло и сира — оттам киселинността и черният пипер. Драгомир е малка изба край Пловдив, основана от двама енолози. Реколта 2017 вече е зряла: къпина, слива, кедър и подправка. Сервирайте на 16–18 °C.
