The new star in the portfolio of the proven Dragomir Winery Estate is called Natalie, or Nativity. It also refers to the name of Natalia Gadjeva, who, together with her husband Konstantin Stoev and the team of enologists – Atanas Mazev and Miroslava Delcheva, create the masterpieces under the Dragomir brand. After many years of working with different terroirs, we found the perfect terrain for our vineyard, share the enologists of Dragomir Winery. And in 2017, we planted 240 decares of vineyards in the land of the village of Svirkovo in Southern Sakar.
In 2021, the Syrah bore fruit for the first time, so we decided to vinify it separately to begin observing its wine life. To showcase its varietal characteristics, we did not age it in barrels. In short, we created our latest series of Natalie (born) wines as a symbol of the new wines that will be born from this vineyard, Natalia further shares.
