Десертно вино от мавруд — необичайно решение, защото сортът е известен с танините си, не със сладостта. Драгомир е малка изба край Пловдив, основана от двама енолози. Сладостта тук е балансирана от танин и киселинност, което дава профил на сушена слива, къпина, какао и подправка. Сервирайте на 12–14 °C към шоколадов десерт, синьо сирене или самостоятелно след вечеря.
