Additional Information

This magnificent white wine is among the most recognizable dry wines of the winery. It is produced every year, with spontaneous fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks. 70% of the wine ages on its lees in stainless steel vessels, and the remaining 30% - in 300-liter Kadar oak barrels for a period of 8-9 months with residual sugar of 2 g/l.
