Description

DTE Light is a cuvée made from Chardonnay and Neuburger grape varieties. The combination of these two grape varieties offers an interesting variety of flavors.

DTE Light ferments on the mash for 12 days, which enhances additional aromas, color, and structure.

The wine is unfiltered.

The wine is light, stored in used red wine barrels during aging. The subtle, slightly smoky tannin comes from the red wine barrels.
