A 10-year-old single malt from Edradour. Bottled 01.2023. Matured in Sherry Cask Finish barrels, cask No. 305. Signatory Vintage bottles its Un-Chillfiltered series at 46% ABV - without filtration and colouring, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavours and body of this whisky.

Founded in 1825 in the very heart of the Highlands, Edradour maintains its historical heritage as a craft distillery. Its whiskies are somewhat unconventional for a Highland single malt but are full of charm. The Edradour Distillery, besides its unique whisky, is also known as the smallest distillery in Scotland.

Edradour (pronounced Ed-ra-dow-er) is best known for being the smallest distillery in Scotland. Its capacity is just 130,000 litres per year (about 2 barrels a day), an amount that a Speyside distillery produces in just a week. Only three men work and are dedicated to the art of producing this hallmark South Highland malt whisky.
