Raki is an anise-flavored alcoholic drink. It is most similar to anise-flavored brandy – it is distilled from grapes and anise. It differs from ouzo, sambuca, and mastic – it is not sweet, the specific grape aromas from distillation in copper stills are noticeable, and there are no other herbs, only anise. It is consumed diluted with water and ice.

Suitable for accompanying salads, appetizers, fish, seafood, main courses, and desserts.

EFE Fresh Grapes is distilled only from fresh grape berries. The first distillation is column distillation, and the second is in copper stills, together with the anise seeds."
