Description
Sarı Zeybek has been producing rakı aged in oak barrels for years! Now, the popular anise-flavored drink is available in an elegantly redesigned bottle. Sarı Zeybek is produced from 100% grape distillate from the Aegean region and anise from the Tavas region; no added sugar or gluten is used.
For the first time in rakı production, the Solera method is applied, and aging for 4 months in oak achieves new and unique characteristics. It is double-distilled in copper stills. Aging in oak barrels develops delicate aromas of vanilla and toasted bread.
The anise-flavored drink is an excellent choice for an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with cold appetizers such as hummus, köpoğlu, roasted peppers, and strained yogurt.
