Hochdeutsch Elderflower Sparkling is a low-alcohol Pét-Nat, made by adding freshly brewed elderflower tea to fresh grape juice and allowing the mixture to ferment with its natural yeasts in the bottle. The result is a fresh, dry, and summery sparkling drink. The floral notes and low alcohol make this Pét-Nat an ideal aperitif for the summer. Absolutely dry. Refreshing. Pure joy from botanical ingredients.
