100% Cortese from the best vineyards in Rovereto. The wine ferments at a controlled temperature and then ages for 6 months on fine lees. Organic production, selected grapes from 60-year-old vines.

Aroma: Intense and persistent, slightly fruity, with floral notes

Taste: Slightly piquant and full-bodied, complex aromas of flint, almond, and walnut, surprisingly fresh on the finish.
