Description

Zweigelt 60% provides the fruity taste, Cabernet Sauvignon 20% from the Sonnleiten terraces provides the necessary backbone, and Merlot 20% completes everything.

Matured for 18 months. 50% new and 50% used oak barrels are used.

Dark purple; dark fruit with delicate smoky notes on the nose, plum jam; elegant and powerful. Good structure, a hint of chocolate and elegant tannins. Fruity and creamy-soft character, wonderful length. Ideal for a good piece of grilled meat.
