Description

Approximately 35-year-old vines. 10% of the wine is fermented and aged in new barriques, 90% in stainless steel tanks.

Sparkling golden-yellow, aromas of herbs and a hint of nutmeg; on the palate it is powerful with fresh nuances of citrus fruits and ripe pear; a touch of wood gives the wine balance and a round body. Pleasant acidity and vibrant fruit in the finish.

Excellent with fish or stronger poultry and veal.
