Сира реколта 2008 — червено вино с над петнадесет години зад гърба си, което е рядкост за българско вино в свободна продажба. Синтика е изба от Струмската долина, край Сандански. Времето е превърнало пипера и къпината в кожа, тютюн, сушена слива и горска пръст, а танините вече са напълно омекнали. Сервирайте на 16–18 °C, отворено час предварително.

Variety: Syrah
Colour: Saturated dark ruby colour with garnet hues.
Aroma: Developed aroma of blackberry, black plum, black pepper, leather, tobacco, smoke and old oak.
Taste: Mature and complex red wine with a dense structure, soft tannins, dark fruit and a long spicy finish.
