Trento DOC е апелацията за класически метод в подножието на Доломитите — планински климат, който дава киселинност, каквато равнината не може. Розето на Ferrari стъпва на пино ноар с шардоне, а отлежаването върху утайка смекчава плодовостта с хлебна и бадемова нотка. Цветът е бледо меден, стилът — сух и стегнат.
