Бечек е един от историческите единични парцели в Токай — класифицирани още през XVIII век, много преди Бургундия да направи същото. Фурминтът оттам е плътен и минерален, с димна вулканична нотка над зелената ябълка и кайсията, върху остра киселинност. Сервирайте на 10–12 °C към риба на фурна или бяло месо.
