Description

Grapes from old vines and from the best plots of a vineyard with over 80-year-old Grenache and Rolle. Strict selection of the best and ripest berries, wine from 90% free run juice, no maceration.

Aging: Controlled fermentation in 600-liter oak barrels for 12 months, "Burgundian style" batonnage twice a week.

Color: Very light orange/pink, with silver reflections.

Aroma: Intoxicating aromas of lilac and roses, light vanilla, mango and citrus.

Taste: Depth and power, pleasant smoky notes supported by light fresh citrus, caressing generous texture. The fine tannins and a slight bitterness at the end add extra charm and hint at the aging potential.
