Variety: Gelber MuskatellerColor: Pale yellow colorAroma: Pronounced, spicy aromas of ripe tangerine, raspberry leaves and rose petals.Taste: Juicy and lively with good concentration of fruit flavors. The grapes for this wine are harvested from seven of the winery's best vineyards. It grows on sandy and schist soils, which ensure good ripening and nourish its delicate, yet pronounced aromatics. Harvesting is done by hand, and subsequent selection is very careful to achieve a clean taste and clear fruity style.Aging: The best time for consumption is within the first three years after bottling.Recommended serving temperature: 8-10 C

Origin and Terroir: The wine falls into one of the main categories of wines with protected designation of origin from South Styria. Wines in this category are dry and can be produced from one or several of the permitted white varieties characteristic of the region. Harvesting is usually by hand, and winery processing is careful and gentle. After aging in neutral vessels for about 6 months, the wines are bottled, and most are consumed young.

Wine with authentic origin, 100% homemade production, organic farming, according to AT-BIO-402 with "Sustainable Austria" seal 4378105.
Vinification: hand-picked grapes, slow and gentle ripening, natural and spontaneous fermentation.
Aging: After six months of natural fermentation, it ages on lees in a stainless steel tank. All processes are carried out carefully and by hand.
