„Sand & Schiefer“ означава пясък и шисти — двете почви, върху които расте това лозе. Tement е името, което определя Южна Щирия. Гелбер мускателер мирише сладко и се пие напълно сухо: бъз, лимонова трева, липа и цветен цвят, с права киселинност. Сервирайте много добре охладен, на 8 °C, като аперитив или към азиатска кухня.

Additional Information

Origin and terroir: The wine falls into one of the main categories of wines with protected origin from Southern Styria. Wines in this category are dry and can be produced from one or several of the permitted white varieties characteristic of the region. Harvesting is usually done by hand, and processing in the wineries is careful and gentle. After aging in neutral vessels for about 6 months, the wines are bottled, and most are consumed young.
Classification: Gebietswein Südsteiermark DAC Gutswein (regional wine) from organic farming*.
Wine of authentic origin, 100% homemade production, organic farming, according to AT-BIO-402 with "Sustainable Austria" seal 4378105.
Vinification: hand-picked grapes, slow and gentle ripening, natural and spontaneous fermentation.
Aging: After six months of natural fermentation, it ages on the lees in a stainless steel tank. All processes are carried out carefully and by hand.
