Description

Gin Mare embodies the spirit of the Mediterranean. The distillery is located in an ancient fishing village situated between Costa Brava and Costa Dorada. The story begins in the 18th century in a small chapel, which was later restored stone by stone by a few monks and became home to the Florentine still (a single 250-liter still) where every bottle of Gin Mare is produced. Part of the production stages include the selection, analysis, and tasting of more than a hundred herbs to form the final blend. The production process remains unchanged to this day.
