Description

This exceptional Glenfiddich 21 Year Old matures in American oak casks for 21 years to achieve its rich smoothness. It is then finished in hand-selected Caribbean rum casks for an additional four months. This maturation adds notes of caramel, fig, and vanilla sweetness. These complex aromas are enhanced by a spicy warmth, oak, and a hint of smokiness on the palate, while a refined and rich aroma of lacquer and hints of ripe banana exquisitely blend on the nose.

Aroma – Strong vanilla, flowers, hints of banana, fig, strong toffee, new leather, and oak.

Taste – Initially soft, then fresh, tangy, transitioning to a dry and peppery taste, with a touch of smoke, oak, lime, and spices.

Finish – Long, warming, dry, and spicy.
