Description

A blend of Blaufränkisch 70%, Zweigelt 30%. Hand-picked, gentle processing, 36 days of maceration. No pressing, only free-run wine, 12 months of natural sedimentation. 12 months in barrique. 56 months of aging in granite barrels. 12 months of bottle aging.

Aroma of cocoa, sour cherry, sloe, freshly cut red cabbage, cranberry.

The wine is unfiltered.
