The color is bright red. The bouquet has rich aromas of balsam, spices, and violets with intense notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, and chocolate on the palate, with a hint of mint on the finish. Silky tannins and a long finish. To be paired with grilled red meat and mushrooms.
