Грауер бургундер е немското име на пино гри. В Южна Щирия сортът дава по-стегната и по-минерална версия от елзаската — с бяла праскова, круша и лека димна нотка, вместо тежка сладост. Polz е една от историческите къщи на района. Сервирайте на 10–12 °C към бяло месо, риба на фурна или ястия с гъби.
