Description

A site with a gentle slope, east-facing. Clayey-silty, calcareous soil, consisting of approximately two meters of thick loess, beneath which lies the conglomerate of the Hollenburg-Karlstetten formation. It is composed of limestone and dolomite pebbles, which the ("Ur-Traisen") river deposited here about 15 million years ago from the southern Limestone Alps.

Medium yellow-green. Yellow apple fruit with fine tobacco spice, a hint of tropical fruit, a delicate hint of stone fruit. Juicy, complex, extremely sweet core, notes of melon, elegant style, good persistence, sure development potential
