Aroma and Taste: A dry and fresh wine with delicate fruity aromas. The body is firm, with pronounced acidity and a long finish with notes of green apple and fresh spices. This Grüner Veltliner is a typical representative of the Steinfeder category, which embodies the concept of light white wines from Wachau producers and combines elegance, good structure, and unique finesse, with minimal alcohol content.
Aging: As a rule, the alcohol content of these Wachau wines does not exceed 11.5%, and fermentation and short aging take place in neutral vessels to preserve the varietal characteristics of the grapes. It is recommended to consume it within the first three years after bottling.
