Aging: This type of Grüner Veltliner is best consumed within the first three years after bottling, when you can fully enjoy its freshness.

This spicy representative grows in the sandy soils of the vineyards in Birtal, a result of the receding oceans. The light soil makes the wine more delicate.
Vinification:
Fruit and elegance are to the fore in this wine, which is crushed and undergoes spontaneous fermentation after a short maceration period. The wine is filtered after three months on the fine lees and then left to mature in stainless steel tanks until April. It was bottled in February 2020.
