Hibiki Japanese Harmony is an exceptionally fresh and unconventional blended whisky made from malt and grain distillates from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries.
The distillates used in its composition have matured in 5 different types of oak casks, including American white oak casks, sherry casks, and Mizunara oak casks, blended under the guidance of Suntory Whisky's master blenders.
Presented in the brand's characteristic bottle with 24 facets depicting the Japanese seasons.
Characteristics:
Colour: Light, golden-amber.
Aroma: Remarkable floral sweetness with pronounced aromas of peach, orange peel, pine, and sandalwood.
Taste: Caramelized fruits, typical sherry notes, rosemary, progressing to richer notes of cinnamon and even a hint of smoke.
Finish: Medium-long, clean finish with prevailing notes of dark chocolate, honey, and papaya.
