Description

Extra Old Particular is a line from the bottling company Douglas Laing. The line consists of unique bottles of Scottish Single Cask Malts and Single Cask Grain whiskies. Each bottle is produced according to criteria set by the distillers and bears the name of the distillery. All products in the series are uncolored and are bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration.

Highland Park 21YO XOP was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2019. 298 bottles were produced.

The aroma is slightly smoky malt with caramel and honey; the taste is of barley sugar, white chocolate, and spices.
