Description

The vines are around 40 years old. The grapes are destemmed and the must sits for approximately 8 hours before being pressed with a low-pressure pneumatic press. Fermentation and aging take place with 50% in large wooden barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks, bottled in Burgundy bottles.

Sparkling bright yellow; pronounced peppery spice accompanied by orange and pineapple, minerality, citrus; complexity and rich body. Full finish and a hint of spice.
