Description

Jacquesson is recognized as Napoleon Bonaparte's favorite champagne. In 1810, the winery received a gold medal for quality from the French emperor, and the champagne was even present at his wedding to the Austrian Archduchess Marie-Louise.

The grapes for this magnificent champagne are hand-picked, and vinification takes place in old oak barrels. Fermentation lasts for about 3-4 months, after which the wine ages on its lees.
