Description

Distillery: Journeyman located in Three Oaks, Michigan. The company is unique in that the Featherbone factory building, where the whiskey is produced, was previously used for manufacturing products such as leather goods.

Type of Whiskey: Organic, aged in new American white oak barrels.

- Single distillation from 70% organic corn / 25% organic wheat / 5% organic rye.

Nose: Sweet and spicy.

Taste: Fruit transitions to spice and pepper from the rye. Individual palates of various flavors develop, including banana, vanilla, and caramel.

Finish: Your aftertaste on the tongue always approaches with the ever-present warmth, dryness, and spice that rye whiskey brings

to the forefront.
