Кадарка е сортът, който в България наричаме гъмза — един и същ сорт, две имена. В Сексард той е историческата специалност, макар днес да е рядкост заради трудния си характер в лозето. Дава леко, ароматно червено с вишна, малина и подправка. Органично. Сервирайте леко охладено, на 14–16 °C, към чушки с месо.
