Description

The Kavalan distillery has been pioneering the art of single malt whisky in Yilan County, Taiwan, since 2005. Kavalan draws the mineral-rich meltwaters of the Snow Mountain and matures in a unique combination of intense heat and humidity, alongside sea and mountain breezes. All of this combines to create the quality, smoothness, and fruity character for which Kavalan is known.

Ex-Bourbon Oak dilutes Solist ex-Bourbon with Kavalan spring water to 46% ABV. The whisky is incredibly smooth with a soft sweetness, reducing the alcoholic bite.

Color - Pale gold

Taste - Clean, with fresh tropical fruits and pleasant vanilla, coconut, and spices.
