Description

100% Pinot Noir. Vineyard in the Krafuss estate in Appiano village, altitude 430 to 450 meters, clayey, gravelly soils, calcareous glacial deposits. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation, aging in small barrels of 225, 300 and 500 liters for approximately 18 months.

Color: Red color with ruby hues.

Aroma: Fruity perfume of red and black berries and a spicy note of pepper.

Taste: Velvety feel on the palate, a fruity-spicy blend is perceived.

Recommended wine temperature for consumption: 16-18°C
