Description

Condrieu La Bonnette is a white wine made from the Viognier grape variety, produced by Domaine Rostaing in AOC Condrieu. The winery uses traditional working practices in the vineyards to ensure that the expression of the terroir is fully respected at all times.

The wine comes from the parcel "La Bonnette", a small limestone hill with old Viognier vines. Harvesting is manual, after reaching maximum ripeness.

It is aged in 600-liter barrels, of which only 5% is new wood. After the wine is made, it is not filtered.
