Description
The history of the family company Sucesores Hermanos Lopez dates back to the mid-19th century, with over 160 years dedicated to cultivating olive trees and producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
La Laguna Ecologico Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of Picual, Picuda, and Hojiblanca varieties, grown in the province of Cordoba (Andalusia).
La Laguna Ecologico olive oil is harvested from centennial olive trees located at an altitude between 700 and 1,000 meters in the area of the village of Luque, in close proximity to the Sierras Subbeticas National Park. The harvest takes place in the first half of November.
La Laguna Ecologico is an olive oil with an organic/bio production certificate.
It is characterized by its balanced and harmonious body with a bouquet of ripe olive and almond aromas. Its medium levels of bitterness and pungency make it exceptional for pairing with meat dishes, fish and seafood, vegetable dishes, grilled vegetables, salads, cold soups, bread, and cheeses.
