After extensive studies over the last ten years, the vineyards have been completely restructured, taking into account the particularities of the soil, geography, and microclimate. The most important varieties are the classic Tuscan Sangiovese and typical Bordeaux varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
